Whitewater Eye Centers

Challenge

Whitewater Eye Centers are a full service ophthalmic practice that offers advanced vision care, including medical and surgical eye care. They are headquartered in Richmond, Indiana and have additional offices in surrounding regions of Indiana.

The challenge was to revise the nomenclature to focus on the practice as a whole. Up to this point the naming positioned each of their four locations as independent businesses. Their customers didn’t know they were a much larger organization, with the resources that could benefit their clients. With their rapid growth, management wanted to realign their corporate identity and branding to reflect a strong, more unified regional business.   

Solution

Modify their name to represent their whole business model. Create a rebrand that included new corporate identity and tagline along with a brand palette that would pull all of their locations into one cohesive unit. IronGate applied it’s GateWay Methodology through research, specifically targeting referring partners throughout the region they serve. A revised name, logo and brand were created and implemented.

Results

The new unified positioning of their brand and name will only enhance their reputation as a leader in the state of Indiana for advanced, vision, medical and surgery care. This new clarity, along with a comprehensive identity and brand palette that incorporates a full spectrum of applications prepares them for future growth and success. IronGate provided services for many projects such as: signage, administrative materials, website, social media and digital marketing. The management team at WEC has expressed the difference the new unified brand has made, and their plans to expand into yet another community.
